Shape your lips
Shape your lips with a lip liner. A lip line not only outlines, accentuates and defines the lips but also prevent the feathering of lipstick. Apply a lip liner starting from the center of your upper lips to mark out the bow of your lips. Complete the line by working outwards on both sides of the upper lip. For the lower lip, start at one corner of the lower lip and continue lining up to the other corner following your natural lip line.

To achieve a supple and soft look, opt for a flesh tone lip liner or one in the same shade of your lipstick. Smudge the line so that it won’t look like a hard line and to make the lips look plumper and fuller. To add to the plumper fuller look opt for a lipstick with a little frost.

How to perfect your pout
Another tip for luscious lips is to perfect your pout. You can do this by applying lipstick from the center of the lips and blend it with the lip liner. Work it out in the direction of the corners. Blot the lipstick with tissue, apply lipstick again and re-blot. To achieve a creamy effect to the lips, Apply the lips with lip balm before you apply your lipstick.

Perfectly applied lipstick should be on the lips, not on the teeth. Additional tip for luscious lips is to make sure that lipstick stays on the lips not on the teeth. You can do this by putting your index finger at the center of your lips, close them over your index finger and draw it out gently.
