EYES OF MISTERY, DARK EYE LOOK

EYES OF MYSTERY, DARK EYE LOOK
There are many ways you can achieve a dark eyed look without looking like a Halloween victim. First, when going for a dark eye color, you want to remember to keep it above the eyelid. Normally, you don’t want to go for the smoky eye look when applying very dark eye shadow. Otherwise, you might come out looking a bit like a raccoon!
Two-toned eye shadows are very popular for those going for that dark-eyed look. You can simply apply a slightly lighter color as your base. Just brush this color into the entire area between the top eyelid and bottom of eyebrow. Then, you can use your darker shadow to create a dark-two toned effect which will have everybody staring.
If this look is still not dark enough for you, then you can simply apply some deep colored eye-liner. In addition to accentuating your eyes, dark eyeliner will contrast nicely with your eye shadow. You can choose to apply eyeliner from an eye pencil or you can apply it from an eyeliner pod. The pod liners, which are basically a version of liquid eyeliner, are applied using a tiny brush. This is the best way to apply extremely dark eyeliner. Be sure to let this dry well before applying any additional makeup to your face.
Lastly, you can top off your dark eye style with deep black mascara. Remember, mascara only lasts for about three months, after which you should buy a new one. It may seem like your mascara can last forever, but using an old mascara brush can be unsafe and unsanitary.
